If they price this game right could be a decent atmosphere

Club will finally start to make a profit from the competition in January. £10 is fine.

 

Make it a fiver, both pre-game and on the gate...a competitive game basically for nothing with the prize of a trip to Wembley, surely that's got to get some of the stayaways back to Oakwell.

I'll go whatever, but would love to see £5/£1 priced tickets available in advance AND on the gate!!! Get the ponty end open as well & lets pack the East and Ponty end and try and get to Wembley again.....3rd time lucky for a win this time!!! It's a bonus game so lets get as many in as possible, we will get money if it's on sky, and we will make a fortune if we get to Wembley!

 

Tenner is far too much for a cold January night, in the 4th most important competition, against hardly exciteable opposition and when it's on the TV as well. If it's a tenner alot will stay at home and watch it in a nice warm living room with a few beers.

But the chance to see Barnsley at Wembley again is something I go home and away for

£5 Adult Kids £1 like yesterday - give the fans a break - just after xmas everybody skint........

The club has no excuses - the gate money they get cannot have been budgeted for

Get a big crowd in - get the team fired up - and look what the winners get - a nice big cash windfall at Wemberlee

The alternative is higher prices, poor crowd/team motivation...............no brainer in my book

Can't remember the last time I missed a home game when I wasn't on holiday, whatever the competition. It was a long time ago anyway. So I'll be at the area final. The two games against York this last couple of years have actually been a some of the better performances and produced and couple of fantastic goals, so I've been pleased I attended.

Hope this game is competitively priced and attracts a good crowd. If our form continues to improve I think it will and we may see more than 10,000. I know it's only the JPT and I know the earlier rounds mean nothing, but we've now got a chance of actually ******* winning something, perhaps for the only time in our lives. I think people are starting to get that and want to be part of it. No one is suggesting it's covering up the league form, but I'd much prefer to see us win a competition and be **** in the league than just be **** in the league. And as much as we may like to, we can't swap a good cup run for better league form, so I'll take the good from where I can get it.
