Since PC has been involved with BFC three managers have left/been dismissed Gudjon, Hart and Ritchie. How much say he's had in each dismissal is up for debate as he's always claimed he has nothing to do with the running of the club.
Exactly. There was almost universal condemnation from people 'within football' over the sacking of Ritchie. This 'reign of terror', if it is perceived like that by others, has been fed by Mr Cryne himself.
RE: Exactly. There was almost universal condemnation from people Correct PC is partly to blame for our inability to attract managers through his own actions. Also promoting in house doesn`t help this cause.
Don't get that last point. Why does promoting in house not help the cause? Shows consistency to me unlike all the sackings we have made since Danny left
RE: Don't get that last point. Why does promoting in house not help the cause? What I`m trying to say is promoting in house gives the impression we go for the cheap option. Club no money to spend.
But thats not why people dont join us. They dont join because we keep sacking people. So promoting from within shows good commitment and continuation of service
RE: But thats not why people dont join us. We agree on the first point but commitment and continuity from promoting within should also have been afforded to AR.
