Seen a few people say that he wasn't there today so hands up if you didn't realise he was in the dugout. And doesn't that tell you something about how poorly he did his job today?
genuinely asked my mate if he was off ill or sumat. didn't see him get up and wasn't in his normal coat by the looks of that bench
Hill was in the dug out - the Dicky Bird bronze statue has more movement than him Its always Flitcroft who does any shouting or gesturing, Hill looks like he has been hit with the stun gun every week
Deffo there today as he was stood outside dug-out for a while. Then it rained.......he went into hideaway in dug-out whilst I sat getting pissed on in East Stand Lower? Flicker was the man who "fronted" BFC today from what I could see?
Keith was sat in the dugout (in his Barbour coat) for the whole game. While Flicker stood in the rain throughout. With no hood up. Hard as nails.
Merlin - I expect more from our manager when we are in a battle? I like a Manager/Coach who leads by example.....but the he decides to hide from the rain on a Boxing Day when most family supporters have had "ear-ache" from their partners to stay at home? Very poor leadership. I heard today from a Blunts fan that Danny Wilson got on microphone to "thank fans for their support so far this year and that they would be doing their best for automatic promotion".......simple appreciation to a 21K crowd (versus our own at ~9K). What did we get? Sh!te formation + sh!te tactics + sh!te penalty + sh!te substitutions + sh!te management + sh!te interview(s) =======> pi55ed off fan base Can we learn anything from this BFC or just trundle into next game with a blindfold on? I would like to keep my children believing in BFC, but it's getting tough?
No need to try and convince me, Pasta mate. I'm with you 100%. Was just saying, Keith was there, int dugout. If it was up to me, he wouldn't be there again.... but then, if it was up to me, neither would Don and Barry be in the box.
Merlin - int it disappointing mate? There is NOT one single angle of BFC that is reaching out to the fans, that continue to reduce week-after-week. I've watched BFC since mid 1970's and this current period/regime feels really negative?
The whole ethos of the club is set at the very top. We are leaderless and just seem to be dying a slow lingering death.
