Not saying its what I want or want I think is right. I am just curious to see how fellow supporters feel at this moment in time.

Do people think that Flitcroft can't turn it round and that getting rid early enough will give new management time to come in and input their way of playing and get current playing staff to blend into a new style of play and also taking last season into consideration being that the sacking of Keith Hill was almost too late, meaning that doing the change now, will give the new man more time than what flicker had last season (a bit like what happened with Davey and Robins coming in)

    or

Do people believe that sticking with Flicker is the right thing to do. After all the hard work he did to keep us up last season, does this poor start still keep him his job after the wonders he did last season. Its his squad and his players. Do we give them time to gel and believe that he will get it right and we will eventually climb the table.

All in all, I'm completely torn. I really do want flicker to do well but at the same time, if things don't improve, I don't want us to do what we did last season and nearly leave it too late to turn round.

We aren't stranded at the bottom (yet) but there's no evidence that he's not going to stop picking his mates and adapt to the situation. Weirdly, that was his first act once Keef got the sack so I don't know why he's become pig-headed overnight.

Give him two more games and give Mr D. Wilson a ring if he insists on playing Kennedy and Dawson again.

I'm against his sacking. But that doesn't mean I'm not worried. Earlier this season I was sure he'd turn it around. Now I don't know. But I don't want someone sacked when I don't know. I'd have to be sure and I'm a long way from that.

I still think we won't sack him as he still deserves time to change it round , would be a shame if flicker went from hero to zero

he achieved too much last year, to be given the axe so soon into the season. he needs to learn, and learn quickly. but i think it's still too early to pull the trigger

I do not think flitcroft should be sacked.

One year ago tomorrow we beat brum 5-0. Who would have thought we would be at the bottom at Christmas 2012.

The manager deserves a fair chance. He also needs to learn lessons. IMO no three defensive midfielders at home. Please don't play 442.

I'd sack everyone except Flitcroft and Bobby Hassell .....then sack him both of them after Bob's testimonial

Flicker deserves more time, but he needs to look at the blueprint for success we had last season, we have gone against it, Watford had no time on the ball last season because we were in their faces, today we had some zonal system it seemed that let them get about 30 yards from goal and then we escorted them into a shooting position, we need the pressing game back there is no point saving our energy for the end of the season because it will be a done deal by then!

Against, just because I can't see what it would achieve at this point in all honesty. And who would replace him? More likelihood of them walking than being sacked at this point I reckon.

I'd sack this Flitcroft and get the one back we had last season.

Against. As long as he realises the mistakes he's making now. Stop playing players in the wrong position, play to win the game, get the ball forward quicker instead of trying to retain possession at the back. Give Reuben a shout.

Flicker has to go back to basics , play the players in there natural positions , and stick to 3-5-2 and play to win like we had to do last seasons run in

If he returns to the tactics employed last season. Im against.

Continues in the same vain as now and I want him out now.
