    Chelsea's accounts show that $45m (£28m) was spent as a result of firing manager Carlo Ancelotti and hiring Andre Villas-Boas. Football finance analyst Andy Green has calculated that Chelsea have spent $102m (£64m) in the last four years on managerial changes.
