How much do Doncaster lose in champ?

plus they will be down 4 million? because of relegation?
8 million pound wage bill?
going to be hard to break even even in league 1.
and why does John Ryan always mention BARNSLEY.

 

I'm glad that a board member is using the media to promote Barnsley FC. Unfortunately and rather embarrassingly it is a board member of a rival club because ours are the invisible men.

 

We should be thanking John Ryan for talking us up and supporting us so well in the local press. We hear him talking more about Barnsley FC then we hear our own board talking about our own club.

 

I'd prefer him to stop taking about anyone other than Doncaster Rovers.
Why do Board members have to talk to media, they do when they have to(for example this week) but i'd prefer 90% of the time them not to.

 

It's called public relations. Look it up.

 

Because it's good PR for the club. It keeps their club in the media with free advertising as people talk about what they heard the person say. It's much better than the voiceless club we have apart from whipping boy Rowing.

 

I quite like him (at times) and there is no doubting his passion for his club. I really don't mind him talking about us in interviews because generally what he says is positive.
