I don't blame Patrick for giving him a chance

We have changed our manager far too much in the last dozen or so years, mainly due to hiring inept ones, but it doesn't do you any good.

In the end though, enough is enough.

People seem to be voting mostly for Davey, it's Cryne that keeps him employed so i'd say 50/50 nt

I think that hiring crap managers is the key bit

They've hired **** and had to sack them because of it. I think possibly only 2 managers have been sacked too early in the last 10 years, gudjon and ritchie, the rest have all needed to go.

By the way I haven't voted in the poll before anyone complains i'm blaming cryne

He's the only man who can end this nightmare. What is stopping him? I haven't got a clue but he has to sort it fast

    Lol

He's backed his manager as much as he can... people in all jobs will try their best to back someone they've employed for as long as possible.

I understand why he has done so, whether I agree with or not.

We have had far far too many managers in recent years.

    So by your logic

There'd never be any new managers then?

    That's basically what you're suggesting.

Alex Ferguson, Rafa Benitez, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger were just coaches once until someone gave them a managerial role.

Right, lets flip it around, you prove he's a manager!

3 seasons avoiding relegation in the last few games, countless limp, cant be bothered performances, bewildering team selections with players countlessly not knowing where they are meant to be playing. Management is making sure the producers(i.e players) know what they're job is and do it to the best of their ability. Now you turn around to me and prove davey is a manager!! nope, i thought not!

We are not lucky to have a club, thats ballox of the highest order.

You cannot just trot that out to excuse the mess we are in now mate.

We have got rid of a lot of managers in the last 10-12 years I agree, but you cant just keep a manager if he is crap, thats like saying we should have stuck with Steve Parkin, because we are lucky to have a club FFS
