    Indeed, although...

    None of that would have happened if it wasn't for the bloody ECB making us travel half the length of the country to play a big game like that less than 17 hours after finishing a gruelling 4 day Roses clash with Lancashire. There's six months of season, yet we have to squeeze a semi final in straight after a 4-day game and play it with no preparation... brilliant. Oh, and for stopping Vaughan and Hoggard playing, which was a joke too.

    Is it any surprise we both got thrashed?

    I believe

    that the opposition had four days rest/preparation for the games in each case as well. Fair play all round!
