    Only reason I ask is that it all seems so immediate and &quot;yesterday&quot;, yet on the film locations for last night's tasks it all looked distinctly autumnal.</p>

    But - if it has been in the can for a long time they do a great job of keeping everything under wraps until it's broadcast.</p>

    It was filmed last year and the last 2 or 3 candidates are currently working for SAS. The final show however is filmed a day of two before airing when the final decision on the winner is made.
