"the new A* grade will end the annual debate about exams getting easier"

until just as many students are getting these grades as are currently A grades - what then will A** forever solve the problem?

The A* is the academic equivalent of saying 'My amplifier is 'one' louder, because it goes up to 11'. What a load of B*ll*cks. Why didn't they introduce an 'F' grade and restore the integrity of the original A by pushing everyone done a rung?
