Possibly the worst back 4 I've ever known play for us and we walk it by the sounds of it. You reds.

Was it a 4 or a 3 then? Getting conflicting reports on here. Either way I agree with Dyson I never thought we'd win with that defence.

You could've put Kompany & Alves in the back 4 with M'Voto & Kennedy last night & I'd of still tipped us to lose.

Brilliant result & chuffed for all the mad *******s that took time off work to make the trip.

It fluctuated a bit but really it was a back 4 with Kennedy on the Left, Etuhu on the right and Tangs and Big Jean in the centre though Etuhu did go into midfield a bit more but Polish Tom tracked back and filled in when needed

And all 4 of them played really well - Our defence actually looked comfortable and apart from a couple of saves Steele didnt have much to do - apart from one world class save with 15 mins to go and one headed off the line by Kennedy around the same time when Reading threw the kitchen sink at us. Only scored because of an incorrect penalty decision

Definitely a back four, so far as the Player commentary team were concerned. And Murray Burnell. Doug O'Kane. The guy from the YP as well.
