    I know what you mean - she leaves school in 4-5 years. Not sure about the fact that the article says she was shocked when her answer shows she thinks it sometimes is OK to say lovely person*, and it depends on the situation. No wonder the school think they have a problem.

    Why does she need to be able to write to a decent standard. The CAB will fill her benefit forms in for her.
