    sorry to be picky but a personality disorder can't be a mental illness. It's more a way of being , characterised by cognitive bias and associated behaviours consistent with beliefs. Personality disorders are developmental disorders. They can't be cured as such or helped by taking medication. In my honest opinion Windy has a personality disorder. His "symptoms" include narcissism, fragile ego and a bias toward paranoia. If he gets a narcissistic injury he reverts to intimidation and harassement
