Lots of interesting comments on here about LJs 'Philosophy' where a few don't buy into it and some fully do. So given this board is for us fans, lets have our say.

How would you do it differently? What would be your philosophy as first team coach?

Stop worrying about the opposition, create a tem that could defend, break at speed and capable at scoring from anywhere, by that I mean build good variable moves working it through midfield or the wings but never being scared to have a shot should the opportunity present itself.
In short have a side capable of having a go at anybody let them worry about us take the game to the opposition and if you have built right you will win more points than you lose
