Getting rid of Devaney Would be madness. One he can be quality on his day and two we need cover on the wings - not enough enough competition for places as it stands.
It appears from what people have said that Devaney feels as if he has been 'bombed out' currently. I didn't see any pre-season games but read on here that his pre-season games were poor and he looked off the pace. Maybe Davey needs him to show character and battle his way back into contention. I hope so. I still prefer him to Ricketts
