am i the only one who will be happy to see him go. He's been a good player for us, recently got above his station with the attitude, and if he's fallen out with the manager then u can't expect him to want to stay. I think we have a far better midfielder in Anderson and can now build a team around this. This will finally end all the transfer speculation that's doing everyone's head in.

cant agree more. davey is a joke. footballs about characters, they are not all gonna suck him off. some of the players know more about football than davey and his Barsteward coaching badges ever will. **** him off now.

Howard hasn't been our best player since

the 06/07 season, and let's face it, wern't exactly a squad riddled with candidates. Yet, he, and the majority of fans seem to believe he is/was. Fact is, nevermind anfield, far before that, he has been a burden to the team. His attitude is disgusting, and when he loses the ball, and screams at players who he knows won't give it back, well, great captaincy.

As I say, not been our best player for a long time, not even our best midfielder! I'd be a lot more uneased if any of these were going

    Muller
    Foster
    Anderson
    Campbell-Ryce

    Thanks DonnyRed..

i'm glad someone else has mentioned the fact he has a go at players when they loose the ball yet quite often does it himself. The last time i posted that i was shot down big style, don't get me wrong he ain't the worlds best or worst just got the wrong attitude.

You`ll regret it when he`s gone. Your contribution to this board will become minimal.

I very much doubt that. It has been proved today.

I will be glad when he's gone and we can get back to slagging the Academy off again.

Howard has displayed a very unprofessional attitude this season. He wants a move and if what is coming out of the dressing room is correct the Club will be well shut of him.

He has shown a poor attitude this season and is not a leader on the field.

In fact Davey should be sacked for making him the captain. A poor decision Mr Davey.

Wish him well, go on, admit that he had a tiny bit of input to our winning games whilst he`s been at the club. Go on you`ve got what you wanted. Congratulations.
