Change formation or put one out wide.

Maybe play Howard at left back?

    Colace
    Anderson
    Howard

    Hume
    JCR

    Macken / Odejayi / Mostto

In a 4-3-2-1 formation, Anderson and Colace sit in middle with Anderson slighty more forward and Howard straight down middle just in front of them, with Jamal and Hume playing off the striker in a wide position.

When on the offence Colace wins the ball and gives to Anderson or Howard who in turn feed the ball out wide to Hume or JCR, Howard supports the move always in his most dangerous edge of box position, Colace and Anderson move forward to lend support, thus giving the striker a bank of 5 behind him to which he can play one two's, lay the ball off etc. With the runs off Hume and JRC in attacking areas, you can also use this as a foil and slide the striker in from a central position or just shoot Howard style.

On the defence Howard drops in the middle of a tight 3 with Anderson and Colace either side, while JCR and Hume track back to help full backs, so we basically have a midfield 5 at times.I class Hume and JCR as the two fittest players at the club with Devaney so are ideal for this up and down role.

I'm not saying i know what i'm talking about but i would love to see this against Norwich. I think back to Plymouth last season at Home when we played 5-3-2 and we mullered em.

Go on Simon feel free to use it, just make sure i get a mention when we win 2-0 Saturday

It's too risky to try anything fancy on Saturday

Its got to be a solid 4-4-2 or 4-3-3
