RE: he'll need one of these then Bugs me this rubbish....... Not bothered about his parents or grand parents..... He's sodding English! /poo
So is JCR to all intents and purposes, but he was never likely to have Capello on the phone asking for his services, so why not represent another country if you're eligible to do so through your ancestors? Barnard's qualification for Wales though being born on a forces base is slightly more tenuous, but if it's through a direct blood line, I don't see a problem.
Good Luck To Him http://www.barnsleyfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10309~1244858,00.html Playing international football would bring more publicity to him and our club.
I thought Giggs played for England Schoolboys As the school he was attending was actually in England, but he's not played for England in any part of the youth set up ? Brian Howard has played for England U20, but I don't know whether that'll stop him representing Scotland at full international level.
was that really Barnards qualification for Wales? you learn something everyday I suppose its right though, he was born on a british forces base rather than an english base etc
In all honesty, I think Brian is just loving the media attention and will mention playing for a Martians 11 if it'll get him on telly or his face in the paper for a bit longer. He's hardly a shy lad.
Media tart LOL... wonder if he'll have cams round him out on the lash when back from Norwich game. Dont care a monkeys... good on ya Bri milk it for all your worth
RE: was that really Barnards qualification for Wales? I thought it was to do with Grandparents or something?
