if we get 3mil then let him go - i have a feeling Diego is gonna be a reight laiker!

already heard on the grapevine he is very skilfull.

Personally i think Howard would struggle in the prem. Also likes his (pint) too much.

If Anderson is not good enough for Everton there is no way Howard is

He is not even good for the premiership nevermind a top six team

I hope all these rumours are just rumours. We need players like Howard for the foundation to build the club for the future. But i suppose 3 million is a lot of money for Barnsley and if offered then i think they will have no alternative but to sell. (chinny)

I honestly don't think he's good enough for the Premier league

Excellent Championship player but I think he'd struggle if he moved up - would begrudge him having a go though if the chance came up</p>

    He's not.

But if someone wants to pay us a few million to find that out the hard way, go for it.

For £3m, he's got to go. Just got to wish him good luck, I don't think anyone on here would honestly turn the chance down, especially on reported wages of £20k.

How does anybody know he's not good enough???? Cahill was only doing the same as Howard when he was snapped up, don't underestimate him.

    3,000,000????

Where did the 3m figure come from?
The NOTW had a list of each Prem club's transfer budget and a list of players they were interested in.
Everton's budget was 4m followed by a list of about 6 or 7 players, most of them Prem.
Can't see them spending 75% of their budget on a just above average Championship player.
If it happens it'll be a swap deal for da Silva, but thats a big if imo.
