    I'd like to have seen Silva be given a chance over a few games not just 20 mins but i guess we'll have to trust Flicker on this seen as he sees him train day in day out.

    Silva was supposed to be very highly rated hence the sell on clauses that Liverpool insisted on as part of the deal. The major flaw in his game is that he's as tough as a China doll and doesn't know the difference between being hurt and being injured so not a great attribute for a footballer.

    Wouldn't be surprised if Silva ended back up at Northampton. Played well there and Aidy Bothroyd rates him.

    Will be interesting to see what happens with Rooney though.
