Now that he has played a few games, what is the verdict? Is he a holding or attacking midfielder?

    RE: Holding nt

if he is a holding midfielder, then why play him alongside da silva in the middle who is also a holding midfielder?

The manager's the best man to answer

What is quite a pertinent question.

He's average at everything he does.

    Apart from set pieces.

He's no good at taking set pieces.

    Give the guy a break

He's relocated his entire life, 4000 miles across the world to play Football and I for one, thought he had a decent game today. Never struggled against a pretty decent Norwich midfield.

He's only played 3 games, at a level unknown to him, and from his start, I am encouraged.
