    Good bloke. Think it's a decent appointment for them. Which is a shame for us because he'll get them playing, especially the youngsters, they'll buy into his enthusiasm.

    Yeah, I rate him. Was on a hiding to nothing at Sheff Utd to some extent, and what he did at Scunny tops what he did at Southampton for me. You're right about the impact he'll have, even more so with a transfer window and parachute money to dip into.

    Feel a bit sorry for Slutsky, came over here & spent months learning the language hoping to get a job, ended up taking one at a basket case of a club who are the only ones with more player turnover than us. A tough job for anyone never mind a newcomer to English football

    I'd be happy if they appointed Adkins. It would keep Hull in the thick of the relegation battle for the rest of the season, I reckon.

    The pigs round here absolutely despise him.
