Excuse used is it's to put them in line with other premiership clubs and so they can be competitive in the transfer market. If only they had the German way of thinking that ripping off fans isn't worth it for the little extra it brings in anyway. If we got back in the prem and season tickets went up £100 I don't think one single **** would be given that day.
FFP probably has a part to play too. More revenue means they can spend more. If you're gonna increase prices the time to do it is when you've had a season like Hull have just had.
