    Good luck hearing from them. Not get a peep out of any this weekend unless we don’t get 3 points tomorrow and then they’ll miraculously reappear.

    I said selling Bradshaw made no sense. Stick by that.

    The signing of Woodrow looks good on paper but there’s no guarantee he’ll be an able replacement, he’s never pulled trees up at any level.

    I think this signing looks good as I say, but look at the responses of Fulham and Bristol city supporters, they’re hardly praising him.

    I wish him well but there’s nothing about him signing which would make me think the Bradshaw exit was a sound idea.

    That said I wasn’t exactly as scathing of the club as some of the more emotional posters so maybe this thread wasn’t aimed fully at me

    How do you think in your own mind you are proved right somehow or other about all this, Brian?

    I speak as someone who has not posted to the effect that getting rid of Bradshaw was either good or bad.

    Is it by the sheer fact that we've got another body in?

    Or by said body being an adequate replacement on the pitch?

    Just wondering....

    Pretty much this. Would have welcome Cauley as an extra option rather than relying on him as first choice but if we can get another player or even two in for the Bradshaw money may turn out ok.

    I did not want Bradshaw to go & stand by that, but I do not understand the meaning of the humble pie statement , there was never any doubt that the club will sign a replacement & hopefully we will add another as well & as always I would expect the fans to make the new signings welcome & get behind them , no one has a problem about any player joining the club but fans, should not be chastised because they are disappointed when an individual is sold , crikey some are still going on about players what were sold in january 17 .

    Yes I’m a bit flummoxed.
    Can only assume it’s to all those that were saying - same owd Barnsley selling their best players etc etc.

    Well when you think that this set of players looked **** last season and this they have all gone up a level or 2.must be summat to do with the manager and I,m sure he,ll get the best out of this lad as well.
    He was very highly rated and his career has stalled somewhat.
