Was he at the game last night? If he was I bet he was p!ssing himself laughing thinking "I can walk into this team!" Neither Nardy nor Rico seemed to have realised there's suddenly competition for the starting spots if you ask me. In fact Nardiello looked almost resigned to moving to the bench at times! What price Reid (K) and Pete upfront before too long?

Was looking for the ball, did some decent runs and held the ball up at times. Yes, he didn't win the ball much when it was 10ft in the air BUT he was playing against 6ft+ players.</p>

Good job he was doing something cos if he wasn't then we would be fecked big time.</p>

Our best striker at the minute. Not likely to score loads of goals, but works hard. Would have him over nardiello for rest of season. Hopefully can form a decent partnership with rajczi.

I thought Richards was excellent last night, he was pulled all over the place by their centre half and he still got stuck in. Took his goal well and battled through the whole ninety minutes. Ok he is not the most accomplished of forwards but he does try, unlike some others in the team who are making a living offer Marcs hard work.

Richards is a league 1 or 2 player.......at best
Problem is, he is the only player we have at the club that can hold the ball up
Can't take owt from him regarding his work rate tho

 

It is coz the manager doesnt rate him either.

Thus whether the fans rate him is null and void.
