    I'd say £3million for Stones is probably about right if Luke Shaw's gone for £10million.

    He's already shown he can handle the premier league and has proven to be one of their best players this season, he's a U21 international at 17 and he's come from an academy that can boast the likes of Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale.

    Stones has had a good half season in the Championship, which included being left out of the side for a reasonable run of games, he's older than Shaw, still in the U19s and presents a much bigger risk. Chelsea can also afford to offer a lot more to make sure they get their man than Everton.
