    Something I was discussing with a mate earlier.

    If the club turned around at the end of the season and didn't give the job to Hecky, but gave it to a huge name (one far too big for us, hence the hypothetical) such as Mourinho what would people's reaction be?

    I reckon Mourinho would be dogshit in league one or the championship so I'd be well pi55ed off. Plus he's a tool.

    Oh and we have a young female on the physio staff so it's definitely a no-go.

    Most successful teams make 2 or 3 changes a year.

    A new manager can come in and want a complete overall.

    I don't think we could afford not to give it him.

    He deserves it anyway so I would be disappointed if we went with someone like JM.... seriously
