We didn’t create enough up top and thought we were wasteful in possession too often However, the positives: whilst not creating too many opportunities we certainly created the most and was unlucky in hitting the bar. I thought we were dominant in possession but BBC stats show different?.????. Mowatt wasn’t booked so slate now wiped clean. Yet another clean sheet. 3 points against Pikeys on Friday and I think it will have been a good week.

I think that just shows what high standards we've set all season, and particularly in recent weeks.

We were better than them, had the better chances in difficult conditions, and I think it's a good result in the end. They put us under some pressure in the second half which to be honest was the first time I've seen us pressured for months, but we defended well and held firm.

If that's all Sunderland have got, then I think they'll drop more points than us between now and the end of the season. Like you say Friday's a big 'un for us now, and if we can get the win we'll really put pressure on them ahead of their next game.

Having stepped out of Oakwell and walked up Oakwell lane back to the car, any frustration was forgotten. Just awful conditions to play football in, with both teams struggling.

Thought Lindsay and Mowatt were brilliant tonight. We didn't lose to our closest rival, and we have another clean sheet. Bring on Friday.

We said the same as we got out of the Ponty end. Don't think I quite realised just how bad the conditions were until we got out at full time, really did impact the match

When we scraped a 1-0 home win against Bristol Rovers up at the Stadium of Light back in December I couldn't believe how bad the conditions were when I left the ground.

It was literally raining ice, all you could hear was people shouting ow, ahh and various expletives as they were being lashed around the face by the stuff.

Made you realise how hard it is for the players on some days.

Said the same thing as we walked back to the car too. Didn't realise how bad it was from the comfort of the stand.

Think the wind played a major part especially in second half at one point it looked like mama was running through treacle, in those conditions 0-0 was a good result

Would have taken 4 points from Sunderland and donny games before a ball was kicked so it still can be done having said that Donny gave us the runaround at Oakwell earlier this season so I think we need to be on top form to have a chance of winning.
