Two main reasons: 1: The political landscape. Will the shocking overnight results for Labour lead them to have a drastic overview of policy (actually having some policies might be a start...), or are we destined to have a Tory government for decades? I fear the latter. Good old Boris, getting Brexit done and sending the navy to make sure them nasty French don’t do owt to Jersey. We’ll ignore his idiocy and the complete **** up he made of the pandemic; we will overlook the fact he’s incompetent, has cost thousands of lives and billions of pounds more than should have been lost by being completely inactive just over twelve months ago. He’s got funny hair and that... he’s alright is our Boris; the rhetoric is that the people of Hartlepool have voted for change. By electing another mp to the party that has been in central government for 12 years . Oh well, when the pandemic is over, and those sunlit uplands that Brexit is going to bring us kick in, all will be good. I mean breaking up a 40 year union with Europe is nothing on breaking up the 400 year union of nations within the U.K., which will be gone in the next five to ten years. I despair. But much, much more importantly : 2: is it ok to still really like Aston Martin as a brand and love their cars, when they’ve rolled Sebastian fecking Vettel out to do their new advert? I mean yeah he’s driving for them in F1 (not that the F1 car is really an Aston at all), but come on. I don’t need that in my life.
