Sold Out When I Went Boxing Day

Very disapointing that they didn't have it on more screens. Oh well that's 7.50 saved and I will now watch it online for nothing.

Got the usual round of 'fashion' from the GLW.

Oh, and I've been in bed with the flu since Boxing Day.

    Happy New Year.

Proper flu or lie in bed, watching Christmas telly getting waited on flu? How is the missus, btw? Fully recovered??

I put my back out last week, so I've pretty much hobbled thru' the season. Back at work boxing day, though, so not been around to witness the boys breaking their pressies.

We must do summat soon. Been too long.

Tell me about it. I only tend to go now for Orange Wednesdays with my cousin who is on Orange. 6.50 and then another pound for a premium seat. I remember when adult prices at Odeon were half that.

I can't go to Orange Wednesday, I'm a Catholic. Barstewards make us pay full price.

Missis is OK now thanks, though she has the 'proper' flu like I do.

I'm determined to get up to the Well in January. Mebbies I could pick up that nice young man Airtyke and see you in the OP for a foaming Kimberleys - or even a pukka pint.

Average film thin storyline, with some good special effects. 6/10

    I thought average

Easily outgunned in the zombie stakes by George Romero's thoughtful "...of the Dead" series and Danny Boyle's recent 28 Days/Weeks Later efforts.

Read the book first - far better. I was a bit dissapointed with the film. Not bad though.

Jax - 'The Omega Man' was based on the book 'I Am Legend' by Richard Matheson.
