Andy ritchie needs to take a good long look at his tactics / team selections / weaknesses tomorrow morning and formulate a plan to stop the rot that appears to have set in.</p>

If a change in personnel is required then nows the time to do it before the play offs are unattainable.</p>

he rested players and he was planning on a possible flukey win if we got anything out of it at all.
