    well it seems to me

    that we may well have the chance of making it permanent , which sounds ok to me. We may yet sort out the left back situation with a released player yet.

    We MAY? The statement says quite clearly that a few has been agreed to sign him permanently in January.

    What I'm taking from it is that Swindon were happy to let us sign him for a fee agreed but he wouldn't agree to the contract we offered him and so as they were running out of negotiating time we have signed him on loan on his original wages until January where we will attempt to negotiate a contract with him again.
