"the game passed Butterfield by..." and i think, had he not scored... it probably would have been the case.

The thing is.... that was far from the truth. The weak link in the first half was ... out wide. Devaney and JCR. I think Devaney lost the ball everytime he touched it in the first half, and JCR didn't touch the ball until the 43rd minute. No real work from either. Wednesday were going from one side the other and at no point were Devaney or JCR anywhere close. And when Kozluk has a shocker too... you're going to be in trouble... especially when Wednesdays best player (Gray) is running down Kozluk's side.

I agree with Davey. I thought Jacob had a strong game, and grew more into it as it went on. He's bound to play a missed placed pass or too. The lad is only 19. Took his goal really well, and fingers crossed for more of the same.

Overall, we deserved the draw, and on another day, would have won based on chances created. A lot has been said of Grant's saves from Macken. Really, Macken should have buried at least 2 of those, plus the one he scored. But i take nothing away from him today. He worked very, very hard and took the one he did score really well.

Delighted with the draw, and i hope Davey see's the light at leaves Devaney on the bench from now on. Boggy was twice as effective in the short time he was on.

Hammill, Gray, Thompson and the Iclandic lad to come in before the week is out too. Its looking positive from where i'm sat.

the reason we didnt see much of JCR was because Law saw the destruction he did last season and he was marked out of the game. No excuses for Devaney, his days must be numbered.

Agree entirely about Butterfield, definatly one to watch.

Exactly. Hit the nail right on the head. As much as i like Devaney, he's not god enough in this league, the same as Odejayi. BUT, he wears a Tarn shirt and i will get behind him
