The natives are already getting restless and many won't be renewing until they know that Flicker and his team are signed up.
I hope you're wrong DT...if Flicker is not kept on board I hate to think what it will do to ST renewals.
its in our nature unfortunately I hope I am wrong too. But we have a history of pillockin' about till we screw it all up. Its that simple.
What's the problem,he's been offered the job,he wants a meeting to clarify a few things then he'll sign his contract. The season only finished a few days ago.Relax people.
BFC's track record is not great when it comes to managers having differing ambitions to the "boards".
Flitcroft did not want to tallk contracts..... ... while the season was in progress. He wanted his focus to be totally on the job in hand. Now, the board can sit down and talk to him.
I don't think it's necessary to start panicking yet I'm more than happy for the parties to take their time, if it ensures David Flitcroft is appointed manager. Hopefully, he gets his wish with regards to keeping the staff & players he wants, getting his transfer targets into the club and adopting a more Championship attitude from on high. It would be criminal if the current feel good factor surrounding BFC were allowed to evaporate. I believe David will get what he wants.
