    I always thought either club could insist on an undisclosed fee. For example, if we signed Harry Kane, Tottenham could insist, as part of the deal, that we keep the fee secret. We'll see when the first official incoming transfer is announced.

    Could well be right, I was told it was the buying club as they were the ones stumping up the cash , but either way , disclosing the fee has not got to be made public , although I would think the old tax man might want to know !
