    STRIKER Istvan Ferenczi cannot wait to run out at Oakwell again when Hungarian side Ferencvaros visit for a pre-season clash in July.

    Istvan told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "I love it there. I think the Barnsley fans were fantastic to me while I was at the club and I cannot wait to play at Oakwell again. I am so happy to have this chance in the summer.

    "I was delighted when I read the news that we were coming to play at Barnsley. I was just so happy because I had a great time at Barnsley and the Club was so good for me. I have had lots and lots of messages from Barnsley fans saying how much they are looking forward to seeing me again. It is a great pre-season game for me!

    "I have had a great season but to be honest the second division in Hungary is not the Championship. I have still managed to get 29 goals so I am very happy with that. I am the league's top scorer and I am looking forward to getting back into the first division in Hungary again.

    "I love Barnsley and I had so many good times there. I was a little disappointed to leave the Club but I needed to play games. English football is still the best in the world. I still look at how Barnsley are doing every week and staying up last season was a big thing. I'll see a lot of people I know in July and I cannot wait".

    wish he could have delivered more for us.

    Nevertheless I believe his arrival changed the attitude of the squad and was no small contribution to our first season survival. Played a big part vs chelski too.
