    Foster is our unsurpassed hero. A rock. The best player at BFC by a mile. I would rather lose Howard than him. Hope we can keep him. He is a Championship player, cool and collected on the ball and he can only improve - same with Hassell, but Foster has been superb this season.

    Do you go to the same games as me?

    Foster is by far the best signing we have made since Craig Hignett and was half the cost of Oddjob!

    For consistency all season he deserves player of the year and gets my vote, he carried an injury into the final and played without knowing it apart from one slip when he let Rae in.

    Here's another vote for Foster then, Dixon!
    Foster should be club captain. Been immense all season. Howard would be my 2nd choice, if he had kept his early season form he would have walked it but after Liverpool game he's been to scared to get booked so he wouldn't miss the Chelsea game and then the semi final. Hardly a captain inspiring the side. Look at Roy Keane (as much as I ((used to)) hate him and Manure (still do). When he got booked in the 1999 Champs league semi final 2nd leg vs Juventus, knowing he'd miss the final, he played his heart out, probably his best ever game, to make sure his team got to the final.
    Then the poxy ba*****s only went and won it with 2 late goals!
