..............at the start of the season

I said this on here when the fixture list was released

Wigan or Bolton.........and its going to be difficult

Wigan were very unlucky to be relegated last season
OK, they lost a good manager but they have appointed another good one

Didn't manage to go today..............away on holiday
But it looks like the new winger has had a rush of blood to the head

.............'King of stating the bleeding obvious'

You would have thought that saying Wigan would be one of the hardest tests would indeed be stateing the obvious

But not to many that read this message board............general opinnion at the time of the release of the fixture list was that we would easily beat Wigan

Shocked at the final 0-4 result
But its no great disappointment because I thought we would lose either 1-2 or 1-3

It's a bad time to play Wigan. They've only lost a few players but still have McManaman who terrorized Man City, Maloney who was their POTY and McCarthy who has been linked with a £15 million move to Arsenal. Those three should be playing in premier league this season and probably will be by the time the transfer window closes.
