    All these people now coming out with these accusations... i hope sentences are handed out to them for not speaking up sooner (if they are true) and saving other people from the trauma of going through it.

    Im still a believer of Sir Jimmy, i may have been of a different opinion if they had accused him while he was still here to defend himself.

    I can remember been in Scarborough when I was about 8 and we where walking through the town centre and Jimmy walked the opposite way and asked my Grandad how we where and said how nice the weather was. My Grandad said something like 'Aye but it's still not as good as Barnsley'

    I can also say 100% Jimmy didn't touch me.

    I'm sure there may be some genuine cases amongst those coming out but I am equally sure some of them are jumping on the bandwagon in the pursuit of some compensation.

    All this he was too big to take on is crap, people took on Michael Jackson and his fame dwarfed Savilles. He may have paid them off but the allegations were made and he was made to answer questions.

    I think maybe there is truth in the allegations but how can there be a fair trial without evidence and the key suspect six foot under.

    Well all these 'famous ones' shouldnt be allowed to work on tv again and should be made to answer questions as to why they never came forward years ago and could have saved others from the trauma. Or are these 'famous ones' you talk about craving attention by jumping on this bandwagon in the hope of some tv work?

    I agree with you on that. Some of these "bloody hell, I was there and heard rumours but didn't say owt" celebs are not helping.
    So far as I can see, Savile had his filthy way with anybody he liked, and was allowed this perverse luxury by folk who were clearly no better.
    It's sickening, on many levels. Young boys and corpses now eh?
    Shame it wasn't out in the public domain while he was still smoking his cuban's..
