to remove sentiment and personal feelings from his decision making processes that are required to be a successful football manager. However nobody can deny that he is a highly emotional and caring person who is a great motivator. He also appears to have a brain for seeing things off the pitch that can improve a club overall not just the playing side. I genuinely feel that if and when he is relieved of his duties at Barnsley he could make a fantastic director for a club wishing to expand and improve.
That sounds about right but keep him away from the managers job, he's proving his vast ineptness in this role this season
