    and I suppose Cotterill

All getting a game, and then seem to be dropped the next. The likes of Cotterill, Smith and Tonge who are all struggling to get to fitness because they are lacking match practice can't possibly be benefitting from keep getting taken in and out of the team.

Nobody can seem to get a bit of good form going, because as soon as they do, they're dropped from the team. Whats the likely hood of Golbourne being dropped for Done again next game? or Tonge for Cotterill? After beating Pompey last week we made 5 changes, okay some were enforced but some weren't. We need to get a settled team, maybe then we'll see a bit of chemistry between them.

It's easy to be critical of players like Dagnall, but he's not getting a run in the team, and when he does seem to get a game, more often than not he's out of position, there's no point hiring an electrician if a pipe has burst under the sink.

he changes the back four almost every week. One week hassell plays, the next its wiseman. Foster plays one then gets dropped. McEveley is in one week and out the next. McNulty is at centre back on Saturday, left back tuesday and midfield the following saturday. Is it Edwards and McNulty, Foster and Edwards or Foster and McNulty this week?

How can he expect us to perform when Steele hasnt got a clue who will be in front of him at 3pm?

And as you say the midfield is just as bad. Step up Jim O'Brien. Nah, in fact get lost, step up Matt Done. No not this week, this week its Goldbourne. Or is it Cotterill? No it's Tonge, erm I mean Digby. Digby? Isn't it Wiseman? Wiseman who? McNulty is in midfield this week? chuff off mcnulty, Davies is in midfield today.

He can blame injuries as much as he wants but he chooses to swap the team around all the time and it means we don't know who is going to play. Even radio sheffield takes the piss out of our Jekyll and Hyde side.
