I dunno about down there, but...

Up here we're having one hell of a tropical storm. It's absolutely pissing it down and the wind is so strong! Car alarms going off everywhere, and plant pots, etc. flying down the street!

That's true, but this time it was all caused by very strong wind and heavy rain rather than Neds and alcohol!
