    And not Burton. Presumably the feeling is that Hecky is now ready for the role on a perm basis. I think it's pretty obvious that, but for a dramatic drop in form, he will get the job as it ties in with succession plans that are now in place and our new model adopted.

    Hecky is much, much closer to the first team this time round.
