I follow problems

When I try and watch the Wrexham highlights I get
Any ideas? I've tried different browsers on PC and phone. Emailed them but no answer yet

Have you tried making sure you're signed out on all of your browsers and your phone, or at least that all of the tabs which might have that page open are closed?

Then I'd try clearing your cookies on your main browser, which I find is often basically the internet equivalent of turning it off and on again!

 

Done all that hopefully they can sort it asap

 

Have you got too many tabs going mate? Did other advice solve your problem. Know how frustrating tech issues can be when you're trying to enjoy sport.

 

I got that message and opened the video in a new browser tab and it worked..... not logical i know.....

 

I've had the same problem when it thinks that I am trying to access it on my laptop and iPhone at the same time. It's worth closing all browsers and iPhone Apps and trying again.

 

I just tried to switch browsers at halftime, as I was getting a little bit of freezing, which may be associated with an extension. On both Edge and DuckDuckGo, when I logged in I was presented with the option to buy passes, even though I have an annual subscription. Whatever I did, I could not access the game. I'm back on Chrome and it's working fine (I've temporarily disabled all extensions).

 

It’s still happening on Chrome, even with all extensions disabled. It’s not just videos, it’s Windows 11 in general. Only started happening recently. A quick halftime Google points to the recent 24H2 update. Just a warning!

 

Watched today on the big screen of a Quest 3S headset, just wow. Great picture. Had to open the game in a new browser tab because it wouldnt load in the tab that i logged in on though.
