I subscribed to barnsley player and am still paying the subs. I assumed I could access I follow with no problem but I'm having difficulty getting the damned thing to play. Question? Do I have to re subscribe. Bloody well hope not! Ps i love our club x
It's pretty straight forward. Go to BFC Website and click on ifollow, then enter email/username it will then pop up saying your password has been reset and to enter your email address to get a password link. Email comes through click on link and for some reason it directs you to West Broms page, enter your new password and go back to BFC site and enter new details. Should now give you access, no app yet so everything done through website.
I can't access ifollow from my iPhone either? It logs on ok but will not play videoes for some reason, but it's fine on my MacBook?
There's a little white button on there that allows you to instant message someone at IFollow. Solved my issue in literally 30 seconds and I'd been trying for days to figure it out myself. Give it a click Sent from my WAS-LX1A using Tapatalk
I cant access it at work and I can't access it on my phone . I'm thick as **** a technophobe and have the patience of a nit . Saying that it should be thicko proof . I can't be arsed x
This is the best advice. Any issues with this new service are at the providers end, and so whilst we can give the odd bit of advice, the staff who are employed to man their live chat service are the best to resolve any issues. If you think it's a pain for you, you wouldn't believe how bad it is at our end just getting videos on there. I have again complained to the EFL and again received an apology and a promise to pass on our feedback. However, there are five brand new videos on there today, from Hungary. Ta.
Thanks for the new videos. My only tiny gripe with it is that on my laptop I can only access the video controls if I scroll down a little bit so the top of the video is just cut off the screen. If I'm all the way at the top of the webpage the controls won't pop up when I hover my mouse over the video. As I say, it's a tiny thing but it's annoying as I can't see how long is left or move forward/backward or pause it etc. without scrolling down and losing a little of the view. That's a gripe with them though, not BFC.
From the outside looking in it looks like a backwards step. Can't believe who at the EFL thought lets go for this. Sent from my iPhone using Barnsley FC BBS Fans Forum
