This morning a friend who is a season ticket holder has only just registered on ifollow. Will she still get a promo code for tomorrows game
My understanding is that codes are predominantly emailed to ST holders. To receive the code the email address should be allocated to the ST account by either logging in or phoning the club. Then an IFollow account is required (via the website or app) to enter the code and therefore watch the match I hope that makes sense
yes she has registered an ifollow account this morning and is a ST holder. shes going to ring the club now. Thank you
It doesn’t matter whether she was registered on iFollow or not. She should have been getting an email each eligible game with a code anyway. If she was then she still will, if she wasn’t then she still won’t and needs to make sure the club has a correct email address for her.
