Independent nation again. All we need now is the Conservative Party to implode and get a general election underway. Start from scratch.

Are you being serious. Look at the economy and the currency. Look at the fact Scotland and Northern Ireland will almost certainly declare independence and the fact Scottish votes are the only thing that ever got the Tories out of power. You've been tricked and you'll only realise when it's far, far too late.

We've not left yet, it'll be a slow strangulation over the next two years. This may well start the break-up of the United Kingdom with England becoming a one party state. Hope everyone is looking forward to permanent Tory rule.

The Scottish people will only vote for independence anyway whether in the EU or not. I'm thinking long term, after 2020. If the Tories or UKIP get in well, that's going to be disastrous, of course. I hope Labour get in personally. As I said I want a general election tomorrow now. I'd vote for Corbyn. But thats just my view

Best case scenario the Tories implode and Labour win an election worst case Gove/ Duncan Smith and Johnson take over lurch us to the extreme right and start dismantling employment protections. Interesting times.

I think there's only a couple of periods, literally 2 in the last 1000 years, where we have been an ' independent' nation but I enjoy this mystic vision of sovereignty which may come to pass when the union dissolves and the Scots leave.

A blow against the EU is a blow against the capitalist boys club but it's also a blow for everyday people in low paid non unionised workplaces so it's swings and roundabouts I guess.

You class Long Term as 2020?

We'll still be part of the EU in 2020, it will likely take up to 10 years to fully sever ties.
