I've hardly seen anyone in the kits this year. Too expensive, and hopefully people have finally turned their back on overpriced polyester, changed every 6 months by the FA. Not long since Umbro launched that £25 reversable kit which was great value. Well, I say not long...... probably 10 years, and 20 kits ago...... http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/busi...877?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed
I can't remember the last football top I bought they are just to expensive for what they are. I bought my baby this seasons kit and it's awful and not even Nike with just plain shorts that aren't even branded for £22. It's disgusting how the fans are treated these days and expected to buy the rubbish the manufacturers make available.....
For years now I've bought the training tops or 3 button polo shirt at 20/25 pound a pop instead, not just because they're cheaper but because there's no sponsor on them and they don't date as quickly
Just been talking to mate at work about this, he said JD will have seen a rise in sales this year because people will have started buying from them again, because they're charging same price at sports direct now, where as in past people won't have bought from them because Ashley was selling them for 10 or £20 cheaper. Think he could have a point
I fancied a new England shirt this year as I was about 18 the last time I got one. saw the price and thought **** that. I've ended up buying a replica of the one from the 1990 world cup, from sports direct for £25. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
