I said I'd come on here, win lose or draw so....
Yeh, for the past fortnight there's been a bit of good banter, etc, and obviously the result didn't go Barnsley's way, but I hope it was decently organised off the pitch, ie stewarding, police etc.
I go to regular supporters meetings at The Etihad, and any possitive / negative comments I can pass on.
Good luck for the next few weeks anyway, and well done for your support, which was good, and I hope The Metro got you there, as it's only been open 3 weeks, and is a bit prone to signal breakdowns. OKIDOKE

    Stewards and police were outstanding.

I think G.M.P. do a reasonabley good job for matches. I know they have Ashton New Rd sorted well after the games. I don't know the stewards who do the away section, so it's good to know.

Didn't do him any harm, at least no more than anyone else, and I hardly think he would be starstruck having played an FA Cup final. He was amongst the most competitive and hard working in the second half so shouldn't read too much into it.

Best bit about yesterday was the pints I had with City fans in The Mitchell Arms.

    Top drawer lads.

Just coincidence, bit of a week for Mr Tevez, he won't be at the Etihad next year. His legs are going slightly, not the player he was 2 years ago, but still very good.

Thought organisation, stewarding and rozzers yesterday where spot on. Stewards we were near allowed banter between fans and cops didn't get arsey (when to be fair they could have, given what I've experienced in the past)

Only grumble is the body searches, bit officious imho, but taken as a whole I wish more clubs and police forces had the same attitude towards away fans.

Biggest let down was our performance - outclassed which was expected, but we seemed star struck. Ne'er mind.

    All the best mate.
