    I understand most of your comments, however the second paragraph is somewhat condescending and suggests this is merely a standard token email that I have been sent.

    This incident is nothing to do with 'my team not getting decisions', it's to do with the fact a professional footballer could easily have been killed through the reckless actions of another. This isn't a complaint about a dodgy penalty or a goal being disallowed for offside as your comments suggest.

    Anyway, at least you managed a reply unlike the FA so I suppose the FL deserve a minimal amount of credit for that.
